Payment Methods
In payment for purchases, we accept pe-payment by personal check,
money order, wire transfer, or credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

Returns
Although you should make your selections with care, you may
purchase with confidence. Should you need to return your selection, you
may return it for a refund within seven days of purchase
less a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping fees on returned items are
not refundable. Purchaser pays shipping on the return, and it is recommended
that insurance and a confirmation of delivery be obtained from the carrier.

Custom artwork orders and pieces that are custom-framed may
not be returned. Sales are final on any items marked for clearance or "scratch
and dent". Items that have been unpackaged may not be returned.
Returns require that the item be in perfect condition and be
accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Original Artwork Sales Contract
When purchasing a BARBARA HAILS museum-quality original painting,
the transaction is covered by a one-page "Sale of Original Artwork
Contract." The contract preserves information on the continuity of
the painting's ownership ( the provenance ) as is customary
with important original works of art.
All of the artwork on the site is copyrighted by Barbara
Hails and may not be reproduced in any form without written permission. © Hails 1999 - 2008
